Grillpar Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 11:59 PM are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs
At Grillpar, we always choose the greenest and most environmentally friendly shipping option. The good news? This sustainable shipping method is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (including weekends):
- Canada: 7–11 business days
- United States: 8–13 business days
- Other international destinations: 9–15 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs inspections or high carrier demand.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada and the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options in the future.
Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections or carrier delays. Grillpar cannot be held responsible for external delays.

Missing or Damaged Packages
