Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off Period: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person acting outside a commercial context who enters into a distance contract with the seller.

Day: Calendar day.

Continuous Contract: A distance contract involving regular delivery of products/services over a period.

Durable Medium: Any means allowing information storage for future reference (e.g., email, PDF).

Seller: The legal entity selling products/services at a distance (Grillpar).

Distance Contract: An agreement concluded via remote communication (e.g., online).

Remote Communication Tool: Channels used to conclude contracts (e.g., email, website).

Article 3 – Scope
These terms apply to all distance contracts between Grillpar and consumers.
Article 4 – Offers

Prices exclude customs duties and import taxes (e.g., GST/HST).

The carrier (e.g., Canada Post) may charge applicable taxes upon delivery.
Article 5 – Contract Formation
The contract becomes binding when the consumer accepts these terms.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

14-day cooling-off period from product receipt.

Products must be returned in original packaging.
Article 7 – Return Costs
The consumer covers return shipping costs for withdrawal-based returns.
Article 8 – Exceptions to Withdrawal Right
Does not apply to:

Custom-made products.
-
Unsealed hygiene products.

Activated digital goods.
Article 9 – Prices
Price adjustments are permitted only due to tax rate changes.
Article 10 – Warranties
Grillpar guarantees products meet agreed specifications.
Article 11 – Delivery

Maximum delivery time: 30 days.

Consumers may cancel orders if delayed beyond this period.
Article 12 – Subscription Cancellation

1-month notice period for continuous contracts.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment must be completed within 7 business days.
Article 14 – Complaints

Must be reported within 7 days of defect discovery.

Response within 14 days.

Article 16 – CESOP
Payment data may be reported per Canadian anti-fraud/AML regulations.
